Frank Nappo

President & Chief Executive Officer

Frank is a non-profit executive with over 20 years of experience in fundraising, finance, program development and human resources. He joined Op4G after 11 years of service as the Seacoast YMCA’s Executive Director.

He holds his undergraduate degree from Springfield College and Masters from George Williams College. He lives in Portsmouth, NH with his wife Aileen and their 5 children. He is passionate about his family, gardening, and being in the out of doors. He is an active member and volunteer in his local Rotary club.

Frank Hayden

Chief Operating Officer

Frank oversees the client revenue, marketing and global operations. He has been pivotal in creating sales and service teams that work together, in partnership, to surpass client expectations and to deliver Op4G’s messaging of technology, quality and providing on‐line respondent access. Prior to Op4G, Frank worked for Toluna, formerly Greenfield Online, (a pioneer in internet research).

Frank is a guest lecturer at Depaul University in Chicago for their MBA Marketing Program. He is an active speaker in the research conference circuit and long-term AMA member. Frank is a graduate of the University of Texas, with a BBA in Finance and in Marketing. He resides in Evanston, IL with his wife and 2 children. In his spare time, Frank enjoys playing tennis, travel, cooking and going to live sporting events with his family.

Chris Stearns

Chief Technology Officer

Chris oversees technology operations and business intelligence.

He is particularly interested in lean startup concepts and methodologies, "forensic" project management in dynamic environments, and leveraging business intelligence to inform operational workflows and strategic growth initiatives.

When not working, Chris spends as much time with his sons, and in the outdoors, as possible.

Archie Ignacio

VP of Client Services

Archie joined Op4G in April of 2012 with 6 years of experience in the Online Market Research industry focusing on operations, project execution and client services. He is experienced in managing both qualitative and quantitative research studies including product testing, consumer and B2B from large scale ad hoc to continuous tracking.

Prior to Op4G, Archie worked for Toluna where he helped develop and establish the first client services delivery team in the US in 2006. He lives in Washington, DC with his wife. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and the outdoors, playing in basketball leagues and exploring all DC has to offer.

Scott Eversole

Membership Development Director

Scott joined Op4G in the summer of 2012, bringing 14 years of Digital Marketing experience. Prior coming on board he directed the start-up and build out of IronOffers Ltd., an interactive performance network. Over a period of 4 years his team was able to achieve a Website Magazine Top 50 Web Ranking – Affiliate Networks #32; INC. Top 100 Companies by Industry – #48 Advertising and Marketing; and was among the Deloitte 2009 Technology Fast 500 winners – #125 Internet.

Scott graduated from Emory & Henry College and received a Masters and Ed.S. degree in School Psychology from Radford University. He resides in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley with his wife and three children. In his spare time he and his family love to canoe the James River.

Jordan Alexander

Vp of Panel Strategy

Jordan joined Op4G in 2015 and is responsible for panel growth, optimization and strategy. Prior to Op4G, Jordan worked at Toluna (formerly Greenfield Online), where he led the integration of the Ciao Surveys and Greenfield Online panels and managed panel recruitment.

Jordan graduated from Hobart College with a BA in English and received an MBA from Wake Forest University. He has two children and lives in Fairfield, CT. In his spare time, Jordan enjoys travel, reading, movies, and sports.

Pete Aitkin

VP of Sales

Pete has over 12 years of experience in the Online Market Research industry focusing on client development and managing key accounts. He has extensive experience in both cultivating new accounts as well as growing existing ones. Pete is responsible for bringing on new clients, managing the sales team and revenue growth.

Prior to Op4G, Pete worked for Toluna(formerly Greenfield Online) where he managed major accounts including two of the largest five accounts within the organization. Pete graduated from Siena College with a BS in Marketing Management while being a captain of the lacrosse team. He lives in Fairfield, CT and in his spare time he enjoys boating, snowmobiling and playing lacrosse.

Alexis Schultz

Senior Director, Client Development

Alexis joined Op4G in October of 2014, adding 12 years of Market Research experience to the team. She has widespread knowledge of the industry ranging from project management and client service to business development. She is responsible for revenue growth and managing client relationships.

Prior to Op4G Alexis worked at for 8 years where she worked in project and account management. She graduated from Sacred Heart University with an International Business degree where she also spent 4 years as a valuable member of the Division 1 Field Hockey program, serving as captain her senior year. Her daughter is the greatest joy of her life and she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Ryan Stoudt

Senior Director, Client Development

Ryan is responsible for revenue growth and managing major client relationships for Op4G. His background includes over five years experience in sales and client development with the majority of this experience being in market research. Prior to Op4G, Ryan worked at Toluna where he was in charge of rebuilding relationships with end users and large marketing research firms.

Ryan graduated with honors from Texas Christian University where he received his BBA in Marketing. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys playing any type of sport outside and running with his dog Ranger.

Ryan Strickler

Director of Software Development

Ryan handles custom software development for Op4G. He has a degree in computer science from Baylor University and has been writing software since 2004. When he’s not solving problems with code, Ryan enjoys hiking, Ultimate frisbee, and reading.

Marco Otero

Senior Director, Client Development

Marco has recently joined the Op4G family bringing energy and experience to his relationships, new and old. With five plus years in the research industry he utilizes a partnership mentality to serve his clients’ varying research needs. Marco started his sales career in the telecommunications industry then switching to Market Research with an opportunity at Toluna some years ago.

Marco is a graduate of Norwalk Community Technical College with a degree in Business Administration. He and his wife Claudia have three children and Lulu – the family dog. Marco actively plays football and baseball and is a huge fan of the New York Giants, Mets, and Rangers.

Daniel Harriman

Senior Project Manager

Daniel completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Master of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Alabama Culverhouse School of Commerce & Business Administration. He has since added 6+ years of experience in online market research and project management. He is well versed in several different survey design and reporting tool software platforms as well as a strong track record of providing leadership, managing complex projects and finding solutions in a fast-moving, technology-driven marketplace.

Daniel lives in Huntsville, Alabama where he keeps strong ties to his alma mater and the UA football team. When Daniel is not working with a client perfecting a research project, he enjoys golf, spending time with his twin sister, and traveling.

Paula Flores

Project Manager

Paula is a seasoned market research professional with 15+ years of Supplier and Client Side experience. She has been working for Op4G since July 2012 and has gained a track record of providing excellent client service, reliability, and expertise in questionnaire design, data collection and analysis. Prior to Op4G, Paula worked with with GfK Custom Research as Research Manager specializing in Financial services. She also held project management positions at global companies such as AC Nielsen, Colgate-Palmolive and Globe Telecom. She is a B.S. Economics graduate from the University of the Philippines and completed the Principles of Marketing Research course from University of Georgia.

Paula enjoys the arts, music and photography. She loves to travel, dine and explore new places with her husband and two sons. She is based in Daly City, California.

Kellie Prial

Corporate Administrative Support Staff

Kellie has been working with the great team at OP4G since 2011. Currently, Kellie works with clients and members in the Account Management Department in Portsmouth New Hampshire.

She holds an undergraduate degree from California State University, Chico and a Masters from Illinois State University. Living a very active life style, Kellie enjoys skiing, golfing and hanging out at the beach with her husband and daughter.

Katarina Grubljesic

Campaign Account Manager

Katarina is Campaign Account Manager. Her job is to organize tasks, manage multiple priorities at the same time, and deliver the best service possible to clients.

She graduated from Lindenwold University in Missouri, majoring in Social Work and Psychology . Katarina has a strong ability to grow with a job, handle responsibilities and build positive relationships with work colleagues at all levels.

Strahinja Grubljesic

Support and Campaign

Strahinja started working for Op4G in May 2015 and is based in Belgrade, Serbia. Coming from a completely different industry and from a big multinational company he had no problems adapting to work in Op4G. He works as a Membership Director and also supports the project managers to deliver on time and budget. He graduated with a degree in Management and Marketing at the Belgrade University.

Strahinja is fluent in his native language Serbian as well as English, Russian, Spanish and Portuguese. One thing that he enjoys the most is travelling, having traveled to more than 50 countries.

Madeline Warren

Membership & Marketing Director

Madeline joined the Op4G team in the summer of 2015 as a Non-Profit Coordinator in the Portsmouth, NH office. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Communication: Business Applications and International Affairs. Prior to Op4G Madeline worked in the marketing departments of Alaska SeaLife Center, Squam Lakes Natural Science Center, and the Cape Wildlife Center.

Madeline enjoys hiking, traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with family and dog Rosa.

James Williams

Director of Client Development

James joins the OP4G team bringing over 6 years of Market Research experience with him. He has an array of experience in sales in both the consumer and healthcare sectors. Prior to OP4G James worked for Manthan and Toluna where he managed some of the largest accounts within the organizations.

James graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a BS in Marketing. He enjoys watching baseball, basketball, football and spending time with his two dogs Gabriella and Jeter.

Meghan Sullivan

Social Media & Non-Profit Coordinator

Meghan works part-time for Op4G, assisting primarily with Op4G’s social media, blog, and monthly newsletter. Based in Ottawa, Canada, Meghan completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at Wellesley College and Oxford University. She then earned a Master of Public Policy degree at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.

In addition to her work at Op4G, Meghan is a Senior Policy Advisor. She is an avid athlete, playing both varsity basketball and softball in university. Meghan is also passionate about international and environmental issues and volunteers for several related non-profits.
