Member activities
- What are Member activities?
- Members have opportunities to participate in both paid and unpaid activities. Paid activities include Client-sponsored surveys, questionnaires, focus groups, webcam/ video conference research projects, and additional opinion-generating market research. Unpaid activities include other brief public opinion polls, engaging content and information about Members’ philanthropic footprint.
- How will Op4G notify Members of an available activity?
- Members meeting the demographic requirements specified by Op4G Clients will be notified by an email and/or notified to their personal “myOp4G” homepage. This notification will alert Members that there is a Member-qualified paid activity, including type of activity, due date, compensation and estimated time for completion.
- Are Clients able to ask a series of qualifying questions leading into a Member activity?
- Clients may ask Op4G to seek additional qualifying questions of the Op4G Members. These brief questions will be presented to the pre-qualified Members upon entering the activity.
- How does Op4G prevent fraudulent activities? Example: the same person with multiple unique Op4G Usernames; Members providing inaccurate information; etc.
- Op4G uses a number of standard techniques to validate Members’ information as being unique and accurate. We will monitor, identify and purge any activities that are in violation of Op4G membership conditions.
- Does Op4G have a service for designing market research activities?
- Op4G anticipates that Clients will prefer to create their own research questionnaires. However, Op4G research staff will review questionnaires to assure they comply with representations made to Members. The Op4G staff will be able to assist Clients with questionnaires upon request.
Demographic information
- Does the Client designate the demographics for the Member activity?
- Clients are responsible for providing Op4G the necessary demographic indicators when screening the Op4G membership. Op4G Clients will receive full demographic profiles during the selection process.
- Will Clients have the ability to see the Member concentration of specific demographic metrics?
- Yes. After the Client has defined demographic metrics, Op4G will provide the number of Members that meet their specifications. Clients are permitted to make metric adjustments until the desired pool is achieved.
- Does the Client have access to the Op4G demographic database?
- No. Clients may request demographic information from Op4G, but Op4G will not provide direct access to the demographic database.
- Are Member responses to Client activities saved as future demographic data?
- Op4G is generating an extensive demographic profile of its Members. Member responses to Client activities will be incorporated into the Member profiles to better serve future Client needs.
- Can Clients enroll specific Members who have indicated an interest in certain products/services?
- Clients may specify demographic metrics that will capture Member preference for products/services. Further, the Client may pose a series of qualification questions prior to a Member completing an activity. Op4G can also recruit and facilitate a private research community for Clients.
Member communication
- Are Clients permitted to contact Op4G Members?
- No. Member anonymity is a cornerstone of Op4G membership. Members’ personal information will never be released to an outside source, unless legally required as defined in the Op4G privacy policy. Therefore, Clients are not permitted to directly contact the Op4G membership.
- Does Op4G provide a platform for Client/Member interaction?
- With the exception of on-line focus group activity, Clients are not permitted to interact directly with the Op4G membership. All Member communications will be through Op4G.
- How do Clients contact Members if follow up is required?
- Op4G will manage Member communication from start to finish. If a Client requires Member-specific follow up, Op4G will conduct reasonable outreach efforts.
Other
- Will Clients be able to advertise on the Op4G website?
- Op4G does not permit outside advertising on the Op4G website at this time.
- Are Clients allowed to provide Members additional offers/rewards for participation?
- No. Op4G will not permit Clients to offer additional incentives beyond the monies paid to qualified Members.
