Op4G’s research products:
Focus groups
This Product offers Clients the opportunity to have true dialogue and interaction with selected panel of up to 10 participants which could be all Op4G Members or a mix of participants from other Client selected populations. In an hour-long session, the Client will be able to have true discussion and dialogue amongst the Focus Group Participants on the selected topics for market research. Member participant fees would be set based on the value of the panel seated for the Client.
For a focus group, Op4G will seat a panel of up to ten (10) Op4G Members for the Client that will involve the use of a web interface session that is moderated and directed by the Client from their selected technology platform. The Client will have the Op4G Members participate via their own computer at the Members’ verified IP addresses. The Member’s “username” will be used for all questioning and discussion unless the Member decides at their sole discretion to utilize their own identity in whole or part. The IP address of each Op4G Member, and his or her identity if it has been revealed, will be deleted after the 60-minute session by the Client and will not be shared with anyone.
All questions, moderation and technology to complete the Focus Group will be the requirement of the Client. If the Client requires follow-up questions of the Focus Group participants, then pricing for the additional time required by the Member participants would need to be contracted to and agreed by the Op4G Members at the time of their agreement to participate in the Focus Group.
Ads
Ads-Single
Clients will be able to take a single print or media advertisement or promotion for evaluation by up to 500 Op4G Member respondents. Questions to elicit evaluation will be offered with the advertisement and for a thoughtful review could be completed in less than 10 minutes.
The respondents to the advertisement evaluation are recruited based on demographic profiles required by the Client and can be expanded with unique additional qualifying questions provided by the Client. Respondent fees would be set based on the value of the demographics selected for participation and the required incentive to achieve the targeted number of respondents.
Ads-Bundle
Clients that would like to group a number of different print or media advertisements or promotions for evaluation by up to 500 Op4G respondents would use this product. Questions to elicit evaluation will be offered with the advertisements and for a thoughtful review could be completed in less than 30 minutes.

Ads-Banner
One of the hallmarks of Internet advertising is the Banner Ad. Op4G offers a product where its Members have opted-in to evaluate Banner Ads by clicking an evaluation button for all Banner Ads and giving a “snap evaluation” by clicking on icons attached to the Ads. These evaluations are not demographic specific, but all respondents that do a “snap evaluation” will be tabulated based on their demographics as part of the pool of respondents.
Reporting for Banner Ads is done at the end of the 30-day cycle on the Op4G site. All funds received by Op4G are split evenly between the Access & Reporting Fee and the Non-Profit of the Month.
Political polling
One of the opt-in activities at Op4G is a political polling activity. Members electing to participate would be offering their demographics for a wide range of political polling of all types. Given that political polling activities are not to be compensated, all Members opting-in to the activities will know that all funds received by Op4G are split evenly between the Access & Reporting Fee and the Non-Profit of the Month.
Surveys
Survey - Basic
This is a classic quantitative survey with 25 or fewer questions that require up to 15 minutes to answer thoughtfully. Survey respondents are recruited based on demographic profiles selected by the Client and can be expanded with unique additional qualifying questions provided by the Client.
Up to 500 participants are included in the Survey-Basic Product. Respondent fees would be set based on the value of the demographics selected for participation and the required incentive to achieve the targeted number of respondents.
Survey-Extended
This is the extension of a classic quantitative survey where questions require up to 30 minutes to thoughtfully complete. Survey respondents are recruited based on demographic profiles selected by the Client and can be expanded with unique additional qualifying questions provided by the Client.
Up to 500 participants are included in the Survey-Extended Product. Respondent fees would be set based on the value of the demographics selected for participation and the required incentive to achieve the targeted number of respondents.
Survey-Interactive
This assumes interaction with Op4G participants over a period of up to a week on a web bulletin board that is changing daily with a progression of market research activities on a selected subject. Participants are expected to attend the site on a daily basis to complete the questions posed by the Client. Total time for this activity over the week per participant is about two hours (120 minutes). Survey respondents are recruited based on demographic profiles supplied by the Client and can be expanded with unique additional qualifying questions provided by the Client.
Up to 100 participants are included in the Survey-Interactive Product. Respondent fees would be set based on the value of the demographics selected for participation and the required incentive to achieve the targeted number of respondents.
Usability testing (website/products)
This Product offers Clients the opportunity to directly interact with Op4G Members as individuals or in groups of up to 10 participants. Each participant would spend up to an hour-long session viewing and/or interacting with a website, software, or actual product while being viewed by either a web camera or other means to directly monitor the participant’s screen. Member participant fees would be set based on the value of the panel seated for the Client.
Op4G Members will participate using a web interface or web camera session that is moderated and directed by the Client from their selected technology platform. The Client will have the Op4G Members participate via their own computer at the Members verified IP address. The Member’s “username” will be used for all questioning and discussion unless the Members decides at their sole discretion to utilize their own identity in whole or part.
The IP address of the Op4G Member, and his or her identity if it has been revealed, will be deleted after the 60-minute session by the Client and will not be shared with anyone. All questions, moderation, and technology to complete the Usability Testing will be the requirement of the Client.
