Our unique approach of working with nonprofits to recruit to our research panel has allowed us to gain over 300+ partners and donate nearly half a million to these organizations to date.


Position Description:

An Op4G Account Manager provides partnership to our clients through the delivery of research services with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.



· Reviewing client requests and specifications and determining project feasibility and pricing

· Build relationships with clients and get to know their business as if it was your own

· Convey Op4G’s unique value proposition to customers and handle objections to prospective clients using a consultative solution-based approach and helping customers discover value.

· Gaining and maintaining knowledge of all OP4G products and services

· Determining appropriate customized programs and strategies

· Maintain CRM data and pipeline within Salesforce

· Use existing network and experience to expand Op4G’s client retention

· Serve as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure all priorities are understood and expectations are met on both sides.

· Serve as liaison between client and internal delivery teams to ensure seamless project handoff

· Coordinating with internal teams to ensure project success



· Highly organized, critical thinker with demonstrated ability to prioritize, self-start and handle many tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

· Ability to prioritize meeting client deadlines and manage multiple requests.

· Ability to perform independently and as part of a larger team.

· Strong project management and organizational skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing or other industry-related field required

· 1+ years’ experience in market research, or supply management preferred

· Familiarity with Quantitative research preferred
