Director, Client Development

Position Description:

This is a remote position, based in the US. As the Director of Client Development, you will spend most of your time developing new client relationships and nurturing your existing clients. You will work closely with our Account Management and Operations teams to drive client satisfaction and high-quality results.

 

Responsibilities:

· Generate opportunities from your network and build new relationships with key decision makers

· Appropriately qualify clients, identifying opportunities to continually grow your relationship

· Build a sales pipeline and close business, using Salesforce to maintain accurate tracking of activity

· Maintain client relationships, focused on integrity, trust and collaboration

· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high quality research results

· Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets by understanding your metrics and executing the correct activity to drive your success

· Be a trusted advisor to your clients and your internal teams

· Develop strategic plans to build business and deliver against your goals

 

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of Market Research Industry experience

· Expertise in developing and maintaining client relationships with a high level of integrity

· Powerful communication skills, both verbal and written

· Ability to think critically and engage collaboratively to solve problems and find solutions

· Previous experience in creating account pipelines, territory reviews and strategic roadmaps aligned to sales objectives

· Exceptional time-management skills

· A desire to win through prioritizing trust, partnership, integrity, and quality

 

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field

· 5+ years of experience in online market research sales

 

Salary Range: 75k – $100k (fixed) plus variable sales incentive plan. Salary will be based on experience, skills, knowledge, education, location. We also offer a comprehensive and competitive benefit package.
