What excites you the most about the work you're doing in market research?
It’s not JUST about the work for me, but rather the people I get to work with. The research industry is filled with people from really diverse backgrounds and I love learning the stories of how they came to be part of it.
What advice would you give to others wanting to enter the market research industry?
Again, not specific to the industry, but the professional world in general…find something you’re passionate about because there will be good days and bad days no matter what you choose to do. But when you’re passionate about what you’re doing, those bad days are more easily weathered.
Where can we find you on the weekends?
Doing something on my “honey-do” list or at the playground with my daughter.
Do you have any pets?
We have a Russian Blue (cat) named Blu, a Lab mix named Skye and a King Charles Cavalier named Pearl.
What would someone be surprised to know about you?
I went to a small division 3 school and played basketball. During my last year, I was invited to a WNBA training camp down in San Antonio Texas.
