Josh Giles

Josh Giles has extensive experience leading global research in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. He has conducted qualitative and quantitative research among a wide range of consumer and B2B targets on behalf of U.S. and global clients – from Nintendo to MasterCard to Electrolux – utilizing both traditional and custom methodologies.

In his role as Director of Supply, Josh focuses on survey design, supply and data collection strategies, statistical analyses, and reporting.

Josh has moderated focus groups and discussions among a wide range of audiences on a variety of topics – including appliances, human resources best practices, finance, television, automobiles, and video games.

Prior to joining Op4G, Josh was Vice President at Wakefield Research, and worked with the U.S. Department of Defense where he participated in meetings with domestic and foreign leaders.

When he’s not working, Josh loves to golf, watch football, and read.
