Nancy Kramer

Nancy joined the Op4G team early in 2021 as a senior project manager. She is a seasoned researcher, bringing over 20 years of experience with her. She has consulted, designed, and executed domestic and global consumer research projects on the vendor side for consumer-packaged goods and foodservice clients. Her experience extends across quantitative, qualitative, online, and in-person research.

In previous roles, she created customized research plans to address client objectives and worked iteratively with them to design the applicable screening criteria and survey instrument. These research projects have included Choice-Based methods (Conjoint, Discrete Choice, MaxDiff), TURF analysis, and Kano Models. Nancy is also well attuned to the backend side of research including the analysis and reporting of key findings.

Nancy has a B.S. in Foods in Business from the University of Illinois. She lives in Southern California and in her spare time enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and rooting for her favorite sports teams.
